Eagle Owls

Welcome to Eagle Owls' class page.

Our teacher is Miss Hickling and our amazing teaching assistant is Miss George.

Our essential question for the Spring term

'Where could a lion live?'

Our Topic will be split into mini-questions, which are:

Why would a lion leave his home?

How did Monet capture Paris?

Do statues tell a story?

Who has the most famous smile?

What makes Spain beautiful?

How does Berlin reflect old and new?

Where is Whitton?

Why should people choose Ipswich?

We will be learning about Europe - its countries, capitals, languages, landmarks and artists.

Each week we will 'visit' a new country and explore the key landmarks and culture.

We will be looking at work by various famous European artists, such as Monet, Van Gogh, da Vinci, Joan Miro, and Anni Albers.

We aim to create our own art gallery, inspired by these amazing artists.

In science we are learning about the human body, starting with what sort of diet our bodies need to perform well, then looking at bones and muscles.
